2003 Le Mans winning Bentley Speed 8 Restoration

2003 Le Mans winning Bentley Speed 8 Restoration

Bentley restoration completed as part of the Centenary celebration at Le Mans 24.

Progressive Motorsport have restored 2 of the 2003 Bentley Speed 8s, plus the 2002 version and the prototype. The car broke the winning streak of the all conquering Audi R8, it is a major part of the British Le Mans heritage and contributed significantly to rejuvenating the Bentley brand.

Members of our current team worked directly on this car back in 2003 and have retained the knowledge running one of the cars successfully in historic racing to this day. We work with at least the same level of detail, care and attention as was lavished on the car back in 2003.

As with all restorations we work hard to retain originality, but where this is not possible our team of designers and engineers can recreate the part from first principles, ensuring it is more than good enough and sometimes suprassing the original components capabilities.

On all the projects we consult with the client throughout the process to ensure we deliver to and beyond expectations. We are also very comfortable with change and can consider requests during the process.

Widely regarded as one of the best looking and timeless Le Mans cars of all time.
