‘H’ has been a top level race engineer and strategist for many years with multitude of international race trophies in his resume including several Le Mans 24 Hour race victories. Working with the best sportscar drivers of the modern era ‘H’ has established himself with an equivalent status in race car engineering

 

 

Leena GadeLeena Gade - Race Engineer

With a background in automotive and aerospace engineering, Leena started her motorsport career as a part time mechanic and data analyst. Realising her potential within the industry Leena quickly progressed through many top formulas to find herself as assistant race engineer with one of the world’s top sportscar teams. This position has now led swiftly on to the next step, that of race engineer.

 

 

Kyle Wilson-ClarkeKyle Wilson-Clarke - Race & Design Engineer and IT

Kyle is a highly rated mechanical engineer with university qualifications that have enabled him to pursue varied motorsport disciplines. Sportscars and GT’s have taken him to the Le Mans 24 Hour race many times. Kyle’s natural understanding of data systems, electronics and IT are helping him carve a route to being a top level race engineer.

 

 

Justin TaylorJustin Taylor - Race and Systems Engineer

With an impressive motorsport résumé, Justin has proven his worth at the highest level of Endurance racing. His Mechanical Engineering Degree combined with his trackside experience, brings an extensive knowledge of data analysis and vehicle dynamics to Progressive Motorsport.

 

 

 

David BrownDavid Brown - Chief Designer and Race Engineer

David has an impressive resume from working at the highest levels of motorsport. This encompasses a head design role at Zytek, performance engineer at Super Aguri F1 and also race engineer on various Le Mans prototypes. The majority of David's experience is with prototypes, having started his career in 1999 with the Panoz LMP. He then moved on to the Cadillac, Bentley and Audi LMP programmes before entering F1. David is now returning full circle to work on the new Audi R18 LMP programme.

 

Peter SmithPeter Smith - Race and Design Engineer

With a degree in motorsports engineering, Peter has gained excellent knowledge and a growing reputation within the motorsports industry. Peter has assisted multiple championship winning teams mainly within the Sportscars and GT formula. Using his Engineering and Project management experience, Peter currently oversees the Audi R8 LMS program for our customer, Audi UK.  He is also an integrated member of Progressive’s special projects department.
